TreadRate is the conversion — a replacement rate that varies by segment, derived from physical wear rather than assigned as a flat coefficient, and reconciled against published national volume.

Conventional replenishment forecasts demand from sales history. A stockout records as zero demand, the reorder point falls, and the next stockout is worse — a loop the system cannot see because its own output is the evidence it evaluates. TreadStock supplies a demand signal that originates outside the warehouse and is therefore immune to that censoring.
